This charming and old property was constructed in century XIX located on a hill near the beach of Tarida Cove to the west of the single island and two kilometers of the sea with a magnificent views of the small barren island of Rabbit breeder and to the sunset. This small villa maintains the typical architecture native of ibiza fused with other different styles.

Completely recovered, this house maintains its flavor original and refined style, with the modern comfort. The combination of all these elements comes together to inspire a harmony of peace and heat. The rooms have all a different and refined decoration that it makes only. All is equipped, some with skillful complete bath, others with private terrace or views sea and conditioned air. In the common areas we found a living room with chimney, TV satellite, DVD, connection to Internet and a library.

Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please advise us only by fax or e-mail

When a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be returned minus 30 % charges or, be retained for the next reservation made within the same year.

In case of a cancellation within 30 or less days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refundable.

In case of a cancellation within 7 or less days before the arrival date or in case of leaving before the booked check-out date, there will be charge the total amount of the booked stay
